The world's largest boysenberry grower says the hot, dry and calm weather over the past two months has produced an excellent flowering and fruit set.

He says the golden weather has produced fantastic fruit about a week earlier than normal, but he could do with rain to help fatten up the berries. Strawberries have already been picking for a month and raspberries for almost two weeks, with prices on a par with last year.
